We have just taken delivery of a new LTPA phased array controller from Peak NDT. This is an exciting addition to our measurements lab and will add new capability for characterising multi-element transducers.
With the ability to drive 128 channels through the Hypertronics connector interface we will be developing new testing protocols for our array transducers. Data from the controller will feed into the transducer design and optimisation process and will allow us to undertake some exciting developments on our transducer array technology in the fields of sensing, imaging and NDT.
