As leading innovator in ultrasound equipment manufacturing, we’re excited to share key developments in our ongoing Life Med-U project—an initiative set to revolutionise the field of medical ultrasound technology through the application of lead-free piezoceramics.
The Life Med-U project: Lead-Free Innovative Piezoceramics for Medical Ultrasound Applications, is in its early stages. Currently, our focus is on enhancing our design and modelling capabilities, allowing us to predict the performance of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) phased array transducers. This phase includes comprehensive literature reviews, simulation and validation exercises, meticulous product planning, and robust new product development processes.
We’re proud to introduce Jon Hartley, our latest addition to the team. With his extensive experience and expertise, Jon will play a pivotal role in driving the Life Med-U project forward, particularly in the areas of design innovation and technical development.
